The Grace of God is not an excuse for sorry living

Before you assume that im getting legalistic and in to works I want you to understand where i am coming from. There was a time when I knew about Grace but still in my mind I just knew that God looked down at everyone and saww everyone equally but when he saw me he something special. Well it took a few years until i came to the realization that i to had sinned and come short of the glory of God Roman 3:23. The bible says in James 2:10 for whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one [point], he is guilty of all. Well I knew I had sinned before so i guess by law i was guilty. I first had to magnify my sin to see my need of Grace and righteousness through Christ alone. Romans 3:20 says therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledgs of sin. And Ephesians 2:8-9 says For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God. Not of works, lest any man should boast. You see Grace is a precious gift God didnt have to provide it you didnt earn Grace. He didnt owe you anything and contrary to much believe God doesnt need you so badly that he went and died on the cross becuase he couldnt spend eternity without you. You know why God did all that because HE loves you unconditionally. I believe very few have ever got a glimpse of unconditionally, the carnal mind can only grasp conditionally love sure you love your wife even when she messes up and when things are wrong but thats because you love her and you know she loves you. And as christians we do love everyone but it doesnt compare to Gods UNCONDITIONAL AGAPE LOVE. He knew our sins would be a hinderance to loving him, think about it if he didnt die for our sins we would be in a constant focus of sin then sacrifice we would be completely sin conscious and focusing on our ability and not the love and fellowship of God. But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but i laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me (1 corinthians 15:10). Many christians who are heavily into Grace will call you legalistic when you try to live a righteous life. They believe that Grace gave them the power to say whatever will be will be but hey IM still righteous mighty powerful and pure in Christ Grace which is absolutely true im not down playing Grace by any means but the church today has perverted it into a sin free card. That in every thing ye are enriched by him, in all utterance and in all knowledge; ( 1 Corinthians 1:5). In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:6). Grace didnt set us free to sin it set us free from it and think God it did because when I mess up i dont have to rend the heavens and plead with God to forgive me because he already has, I can say praise God He doesnt hold my sin against me i am righteous in Christ and Im gonna move on and into his Love. Grace is the ability to overcome sin. Titus 2:11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, 12Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;. Living righteously is not to earn salvation or get you brownie points with God but its a fruit of Salvation and people will see your fruit. Dont let Peverted Grace christians call you legalistic when you have overcome sin and live a moral life. There is nothing wrong with living right. Amen

The Importance of fellowship

When I was growing up my mom was an awesome woman of God and wouldnt hesitate to correct me about the friends I hung around with. BUt up until high school this wasnt much of a problem. Growing up sure there was some kids who enjoyed surrounding themselves in sin but it takes a while for satan to convince you in the ways of the world, and it usually takes place around high school. I remember my sister coming home one day and absolutely balling because of the things her friends were now doing in High school and how she felt left out and friendless. Most moms wouldve have went over to their daughter and sympothized with them and say I know Honey; but not my mother she had a revelation with God and true love is not being worried about what your child will think of you but rather that no matter what you always share the truth with them. My mother went over to my sister and said Im so proud of you sweethearft for being a Godly woman and you keep standing for the lord and he will send someone down your path, but I promise you sweetheart your choices will not let you down in the future. My sister went through High School not as an outcast but she never was in the "in" crowd, but she never complained or had a pitty party she knew that her best friend was jesus Christ and that he would give her all the attention she needed. Dont be deceived by the devil it is often good to feel as though you dont fit in. The bible says in 2 corinthians 
¹⁴ Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? ¹⁵ And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? ¹⁶ And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you^[a] are the temple of the living God. As God has said:


      “ I will dwell in them
      And walk among them.
      I will be their God,
      And they shall be My people.”^[b]

   

 ¹⁷ Therefore

  

      “ Come out from among them
      And be separate, says the Lord.
      Do not touch what is unclean,
      And I will receive you.”^[c]
It is a major deception of the devil that we must become close friends with someone to be a good witness. This couldnt be further from the truth. The bible says by their fruits you should know them matthew 7:20. It is the greatest witness to live the life of a christian and allow them to see your fruit, JOy, Hapiness, Prosperity, Healing, Peace, salvation and much more. It takes a christian to shock the world and turn the other cheek. Going to the bar and not drinking isnt shocking anyone but your spirit. Jesus Christ is often quoted to fellowship with the prostitutes and drunks and this is many peoples argument. But he fellowshiped with the disciples and was built up in the spirit of GOd and spent time with the Lord and Jesus Christ was alos without sin which means lust in his heart. And out of a pure heart and love for these people he gathered with them and ministered the gospel not said Ill sit back and watcth but not partake. He was there because they wanted what he had, the holy spirit and all the fruits something the world is completely ignorant to.

A true Friend Never tells their friend what they want to hear unless they want to hear the truth

Faith

Faith Is your positive response to what God has already done. It is your response to Gods grace. It is Not what you must DO to make the lord act on your behalf. You only need to RESPOND to what he has already done. That is fath

Believe 100%

I absolutely love the body of christ if you are a born again beliver then welcome to my family. But out of complete love for the church I have noticed that they dont necessarily believe in what they hear 100%. Now i to have certain topics that I know are the truth but in the back of my mind when i put them into action Im thinking well if it works it works but i dont know. Its becasue My spirit knows its truth but my Soul (mind) is not yet renewed to it. That is why many times you can hear the pastor preach on Sunday, listen 110% and apply it best you can but when the situation arises you stumble. Why? Because faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God (romans 10:17), not the sunday preacher. Church on sundays should not be your source of nourishment they should be a bonus to your week already spent in the presence of God, whether at work or school or the gym, youve kept him number one in your life. This is why all to often the same people that get hyped up and Amen all through service on Sunday about healing immediately panic and run to the Doctor and everyone except for the only one who can heal them Jesus Christ. Now Im not self-righteous nor do i pretend to be but What is truth to me is truth and when I believe something i believe it. Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. I belive that simplicity is the way to Go when it comes to being a successful christian Jesus never taught on the 10 steps to healing he said lay your hands on the sick and they shall recover (mark 16:18), not ten ways to properly heal or that its only for the "super-christian" but more nike style, Just do it. So from now on when you hear something in church that your sprit agrees with and you find it to be the Gospel (the almost to good to be true news) then I challenge you to get in the word and recieve it for yourself because only then will it become truth to you that you can belive 100%
